She has a successful private practice, based at Healthworks in Brookline, Massachusetts. Clark has written several books, including and Nancy Clark’s Sports Nutrition Guidebook, Nancy's Clark Food Guide for Marathoners: Tips for Everyday Champions and The Cyclist's Food Guide: Fueling for the Distance. She is a marathoner and member of the Greater Boston Track Club. She lives in Newton, Massachusetts with her husband John McGrath and two children.
